Everyn Artemi, the Human Warlock

Everyn Artemi is a Warlock within the world of Redivivus. She was taken advantage of by the dark, Abyssal god Varis, giving up her soul to him to save her lover. After being rescued by the Protectors of Redempti, she has sworn to use her curse for good, no matter how Varis tries to intervene.

"With your soul I will construct 6 seals of binding into your flesh and fulfill your wish. You will belong to me. Me only. Varis, the Ravenlord of the Abyss."

"Your hands." There is a sudden burning sensation on her palms as Varis burns their mark onto her skin. "If you are to use my magic, I will control when and how you use it."

"Your eyes." Their gaze pierce her soul as shadows begin to swirl in her once green eyes. "I will be able to see through them, should you not uphold your end of a deal, I will see it."

"Your virtue." There's a stabbing sensation in her stomach from under her skin. "Your purity has uses yet."

"Your soul." Her entire being feels like it's on fire as her soul is marked black by their hand. "You have sold it to me. And it will come to me should you meet your demise."

"Your heart." Her chest burns like her very lungs are made of hellfire. "If love has made you such a fool as to make a deal with me, you do not deserve to love again."

"The last seal I will keep to myself. Your lover will live. I will at least uphold that end of the bargain. However, you will remember nothing of them. They will live their life without you in it."
